The summer workshops have come to a close, and what a great season it was. Thanks to all of our instructors and participants for making it a success! From permaculture and SPIN farming to canning and raising chickens, over 165 people learned a new homesteading, farming or gardening skill in 2011. Stay tuned for the upcoming 2012 workshop schedule! Due to the Foodstock event happening this Sunday, October 16th, the Winterizing your Organic Vegetable Garden workshop is being postponed by one week. Come on out to the farm on Sunday, October 23rd to get the skinny on how to prepare your beds for winter and set yourself up for a successful spring growing season.
